In addition to being the BBQ Correspondent for America at Night with McGraw Milhaven, our  barbecue team has won numerous awards over the years and has witnessed up close the growing interest in backyard cooking grow beyond our wildest expectations the past few decades. Winning first place in the Whole Hog Category at the World Barbecue Championship in Memphis was one of our biggest highlights.  Traveling all over the Midwest and the South adding trophies for ribs and pork  shoulder, as well as chicken and sauces has  garnered interest and curiosity from all types of people who love to enjoy their own outdoor lifestyle. We have taught hundreds of students simple ways to up their backyard game. We are a small family business, offering tips and recipes to take your backyard fun to a new level.
